4. Edit Like a Pro
   First time author? No problem let’s simplifying editing for you.

5. Self-Publish Smarter
   Understand your options—traditional, hybrid, or self-publishing—and choose what suits your goals.

   • Step-by-step overview of how to self-publish on Amazon/KDP and beyond
   • Cover design, formatting, ISBNs, pricing, and print-on-demand tools

6. Launch & Leverage
   Learn simple, authentic ways to build buzz and reach the right readers before and after launch.
   • Craft your author bio and back cover blurb
   • Learn simple strategies to promote your book (even with a small following)
   • Use your book to grow your credibility, career, or coaching practice

Author Bio: Neha Lagoo Ratnakar is a TEDx speaker, an author, and learning designer with over a decade of experience helping professionals turn ideas into impact. She has lived and worked across eight countries, bringing a rich global perspective to her storytelling. Neha has written two well-received books - Back on Your Feet, a guide for women restarting their careers, and The Missing Wheel, a business parable on teamwork. Her writing has led to speaking invitations, media coverage, and lasting professional connections. In this community workshop, she draws from her own journey to guide aspiring authors through the often-overwhelming early stages of writing, helping them move not just from “someday” to “starting now” but also through “what next.”
