Want to learn Dutch or find new ways to practise? Join us for the second session of the ‘Let’s Explore the Library’ series, dedicated to discovering opportunities for learning Dutch.

Hear directly from the Taalhuis coordinator about the many activities, resources and learning opportunities available through Taalhuis and the Amstelland Library. You’ll also get practical tips and ideas to help you practise Dutch in your everyday life and make your language-learning journey more enjoyable.

Whether you’re just starting out or looking for new ways to improve your Dutch, this session is a great opportunity to discover, connect and learn!

Orientation sessions for non-Dutch speakers
Do you live in Amstelveen, Uithoorn, Aalsmeer, or nearby? Are you new to the Netherlands or do you not speak Dutch yet? This session is for you. You do not need to be a library member.
In a relaxed and friendly setting, we show you what the library offers and how you can use it in daily life.

What you can expect
• Information about learning language-Tips and tools
• Clear information about library services and facilities
• An overview of activities for children, families, and adults
• Coffee or tea, and time to ask your questions
• A short tour of the library after the session ( it is optional)

Good to know:
• Participation is free
• Registration is required
• Location: de Bibliotheek Amstelveen, Stadsplein 102 (take the stairs or elevator to the first floor)
• This activity is wheelchair accessible
