Join us for a 2-hour interactive workshop in Amstelveen Library Stadshart, where we’ll explore the challenges neurodivergent job seekers often face, and share practical strategies to overcome them.

Life hacks & sharing experiences
This is an interactive workshop where we’ll learn about Neurodiversity, we’ll reflect on our blockages, share experiences, exchange life hacks and discuss solutions that work for us.

Yann Ghisalberti, an ADHD coach, will guide the discussion, offering insights and actionable tips, and at the same time inviting us to recognize any self-sabotaging behaviours we might engage in. Through peer learning and self-discovery, the workshop will empower us to utilize our individual strengths.

Topics include:

• Investing our energy in things we can actually control
• Staying motivated and in a proactive mindset
• Handling rejection, fear of failure and feelings of frustration
• Overcoming anxiety in interviews and networking
• Time awareness and meeting deadlines for job research

By the end of the session, you'll walk away with new strategies, a sense of community, and the option to stay connected with fellow participants for ongoing support and accountability.
